Job description:
The Group Leader is the main point of contact between students, families and the Italian head office of Study Tours during the study holiday abroad. His/her day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring students’ safety and well-being, supervising and guiding them during sports and recreational activities on campus, in addition to coordinating logistics during excursions to major tourist destinations. It is essential that the group leader collaborates with the team on site, contributing to the smooth running of the program and helping create a positive, dynamic and engaging environment for all participants.

Requirements:
• Minimum age 25 years
• Excellent English (B2/C1 English level)
• High School Diploma / Degree
• Availability for departures from mid of June to mid August
• Good ability to dialogue and interact with children aged 13/18
• Excellent organizational skills, problem solving
• Responsible, dynamic and enthusiastic
• Reliable and flexible
• Previous experience of accompanying groups abroad is preferred.
